  • Strong time management, data skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to CHHS and its programs.
  • Handle financial management tasks including accounts payable, bill pay, and reporting functions.
  • Set up faculty data and credentialing materials in Faculty Success.
  • Support GA hiring for the college and manage confidential personnel files.
  • Oversee department equipment/inventory and annual reconciliations.
  • Coordinate grant accounts and related paperwork with faculty and CHHS staff.
  • Assist with travel, purchasing, and ProCard reconciliations; act as Key Designee for CHHS.
