Penn State University seeks an experienced Academic Program Coordinator in the College of Health and Human Development to support all CSD programs. You will liaise with faculty, students, and the Fox Graduate School, manage admissions data, and coordinate course scheduling across undergraduate and graduate levels.

You will handle graduate student files, assist with fellowships and appointments, and provide staff support for the Graduate PIC and Admissions Committee, including preparing minutes

Mansioni

• Liaise between graduate students, faculty and the Fox Graduate School and keep all informed of regulations.
• Enter and retrieve information in LionPATH for admissions, course registration, overload petitions, drop/add, and transcripts.
• Primary course scheduler for undergraduate and graduate courses, including scheduling exams and submitting textbook data.
• Maintain graduate student files: assistantships, fellowships, offers, labor allocations, graduations, exams, and clinical qualifications.
• Provide back-up staff support for the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic and for Graduate/Undergraduate PICs.
