Qualifications

• Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• GED or High School + 2+ years relevant experience; relevant education accepted in lieu of experience.
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between graduate students, faculty, and the Fox Graduate School; keep all parties informed of University regulations.
• Enter and retrieve information from LionPATH for admissions, course registration, overload petitions, drop/add, and transcripts.
• Act as the primary course scheduler for undergraduate and graduate courses and coordinate exams and textbooks.
• Maintain graduate student files including assistantships, fellowships, and graduation eligibility documentation.
• Provide back‑up staff support for the Graduate PIC and Undergraduate PIC, including correspondence and meeting minutes.
• Support the Graduate Admissions Committee by managing application materials and communicating with applicants.
• Process limited financial documents such as honorariums, deposits, and awards; assist in general office tasks.
• Provide back‑up administrative support for the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic.
