Job summary

Penn State seeks an experienced Academic Program Coordinator for the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. You will serve as liaison across programs, manage LionPATH activities, and coordinate course scheduling and graduate student records.

You will support the Graduate and Undergraduate PICs, prepare minutes, and assist admissions and committee processes. A strong equity and customer service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion.
• Adept at learning university and CSD-specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between graduate students, faculty, and the Fox Graduate School.
• Enter and retrieve information from LionPATH for admissions and course registration.
• Schedule undergraduate and graduate courses, exams, and textbook information.
• Maintain graduate student files and manage assistantships and fellowships.
• Provide back-up administrative support for the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic.
