You will support graduate and undergraduate programs, manage student records, admissions tasks, course scheduling, and committee support across the Fox Graduate School and university-wide units.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, equity, and organizational skills, with proficiency in systems like LionPATH, SIMBA, GRADS, and GRADS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between graduate students, faculty, and the Fox Graduate School.
• Enter/retrieve information in LionPATH for admissions, course registration, and related activities.
• Act as primary course scheduler for undergraduate and graduate courses and schedule exams.
• Maintain graduate student files and assist with assistantships, fellowships, and records.
• Provide back-up administrative support for the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic.
