Job summary

Northwood Technical College in Shell Lake, WI is seeking a full-time Academic Program Associate to provide administrative and program support to designated program areas, including scheduling and advisory committee activities.

The role reports to the Academic Program Dean and collaborates with the associate dean, scheduling office, and program directors on documentation, meetings, and reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum three years of related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data entry and reporting.
• Student Information System experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support to the academic dean and associate dean.
• Assist with scheduling and documentation for accreditation/designation.
• Maintain minutes and compile reports for scheduling, enrollment, and budgets.
• Coordinate advisory committees and maintain member databases.
• Ensure compliance with college procedures and collaborate on website content.
• Support department through ERP data entry and equipment budgeting.
