Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to support teaching, curriculum and assessment across an academic program. The role focuses on teaching at least two classes per quarter and monitoring student retention and outcomes, while aligning with accreditation and learning assessment processes.

The coordinator will assist with instructor hiring, faculty development, and collaboration with the Dean of Academic Affairs to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with official transcripts.
• At least 3 years of college-level teaching experience.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field.
• Current professional certifications/licenses as appropriate to program

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed program outcomes including retention, placement, and goals.
• Monitor student attendance and retention.
• Plan and teach a minimum of two classes per quarter across modalities.
• Assist with hiring of instructors for the program.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and programmatic bodies.
• Support program administration and faculty orientation and training.
• Participate in advisory board meetings and curriculum reviews.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and resources for the program.
