Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred with official transcripts
• Minimum of 3 years of successful college-level teaching experience
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field
• Possess current professional certifications/licenses as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Meet program outcomes including retention, placement, certifications, and annual goals.
• Teach a minimum of two classes per quarter in the assigned modality.
• Monitor daily student attendance and retention; maintain communications with instructors.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of instructors for the program.
• Ensure operations comply with state, accreditation, and programmatic regulations.
• Participate in faculty orientation, training, and classroom observations.
• Support program leadership to achieve college goals.
• Coordinate curriculum reviews and annual development plans.
