Qualifications

  • Familiarity with university systems and advising practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-office support for MMGB and assist visitors, students, and faculty.
  • Schedule classroom and meeting-room reservations for events.
  • Manage research participation and related inbox and credit processes.
  • Generate reports for Promotion and Tenure and contract renewal with anonymity where needed.
  • Assist with departmental copy requests and resolve administrative issues.
  • Coordinate advising caseload and support student retention and degree completion.
  • Advise on course registration, waitlists, and degree progress using campus systems.
  • Serve on Honors Selection Committee and support recruitment events.
