Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing multiple degree programs within the Department of Occupational Therapy.
• Manage educational course technology and ensure classroom readiness with faculty.
• Serve as liaison between faculty and students, resolving issues confidentially.
• Compile exam information for faculty, including printing and scoring exams.
• Maintain and protect FERPA-protected student data across systems (Exxat, Qualtrics, CAS, SLATE, Tableau, PeopleSoft).
• Coordinate with Program Directors and Dean's office on academic initiatives and special projects.
