Qualifications

• Master's degree required with strong advising or coaching background.
• Experience in higher education advising or coaching preferred.
• Ability to analyze student needs and refer to campus resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide guided academic pathway coaching for diverse students, including undecided majors.
• Serve as point person for initial advising during onboarding and transfer processes.
• Support financial aid appeals, probation and veteran planning, and referrals to resources.
