As the Academic Pathway Advisor, you will:
Recruit, advise, and support students in the program and monitor their success. Build relationships with school counselors, families and community partners within the Grand Island/Winnebago service area Host interactive workshops, provide one-on-one advising, tutoring, and facilitate enrichment programs. Assist int the planning and execution of the summer program. This is a regionally based role for someone who thrives on autonomy. Working from a Grand Island office. Regular travel within the service area and periodic travel to Lincoln is required.
About Us: Educational Talent Search (ETS) engages, empowers and supports potential first generation college and under-served scholars who have the desire and potential to pursue an education beyond high school. We provide access to academic, social, and financial resources to students across five Nebraska Service Areas. This position anchors our Grand Island and Winnebago service area, serving students in partnership with local school districts and the Nebraska College Preparatory Academy (NCPA).
