University of Redlands in Redlands, CA is seeking an Academic Operations Specialist to support the College of Arts and Sciences Office of the Dean. The role coordinates cross-unit processes for admissions, registrar, departments, and student-facing offices to enable smooth onboarding, registration, and curricular scheduling.

You will also assist with project support for academic programming, Core Four initiative, and CIELO, while maintaining confidential student information and collaborating

Formación

• Minimum two (2) years in a higher education setting.
• Experience coordinating multi-office processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and registration for entering students (first-year and transfer).
• Coordinate transfer student intake and advising coordination among admissions, registrar, and departments.
• Maintain records and tracking of new-student checklist items.
• Contribute to redesigned onboarding and registration processes for improvement.
• Support curricular operations monitoring and documentation.
• Maintain syllabi, advising handouts, and related catalog materials.
• Coordinate faculty programming and academic events like the CIELO Symposium.
• Provide cross-unit communication to support coordinated academic operations.
