Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of coursework in related fields.
• Three years of administrative support, customer service, or related experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating Alumni Reunion Weekend, Homecoming, and regional events.
• Recruit and manage alumni volunteers; coordinate communications and engagement activities.
• Create and edit event materials, manage registrations, and update webpages using Slate and CMS tools.
