• Oversee Residence Life and Housing, including staffing, budget, facilities, and operations.
• Provide supervision and training for professional and student staff.
• Coordinate on-call duty schedules and respond to crises and emergencies.
• Support divisional planning, assessment, and data-informed improvements.
