Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong interpersonal and advising skills; knowledge of advising theories and strategies.
• Ability to connect with students, support educational planning, and use campus resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students on short- and long-term academic planning.
• Guide students in course selection and degree progress to meet goals.
• Teach CSB+SJU College Success Course (INTG 105) up to two sections.
• Engage with first-year students to support transition and belonging.
