Job summary

Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship-trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with leadership opportunities through the plastic surgery residency program, the medical school, and research.

The successful candidate will perform breast microsurgery, head/neck microvascular and general reconstruction, and lower-extremity reconstructions, with on-call duties for hand procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completed Plastic Surgery Residency
• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Plastic Surgery
• Licensed to practice medicine in New York (MD/DO) and eligible for NYS license
• DEA certification required
