Job summary

Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, an integrated residency program, and opportunities in teaching and research.

Applicants must be MD/DO with plastic surgery residency, board-eligible/certified, and NY licensure. We offer a competitive base salary with incentives, comprehensive benefits, sign-on and relocation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and plastic surgery residency completion required.
• Board eligibility/certification in plastic surgery required or obtainable.
• License to practice medicine in New York (or eligibility) and DEA certification are required.

• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• On-call hand coverage.
