Qualifications

• NYS Licensure MD or DO is required.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program is required.
• Board eligible/certified in Plastic Surgery.
• DEA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery is performed.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• Provider will be obligated to take hand on-call.
