Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The position offers academic leadership opportunities through its plastic surgery residency program, medical school, and research-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program.
• Board eligible or certified in Plastic Surgery.
• New York licensure or ability to obtain NY license.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• On-call duties for hand surgery cases.

Education

MD or DO degree

Board eligible/certified in Plastic Surgery

New York medical licensure (or ability to obtain)
