Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Plastic Surgery residency.
• Board eligible or certified in Plastic Surgery.
• License to practice in New York (NYS Licensure) or eligible.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• Provider will be obligated to take hand on-call.
