Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical care, teaching, and research within a vibrant academic environment.

The role includes breast, head and neck, and extremity microsurgery and general reconstruction, with on-call responsibilities and opportunities across residency and medical student education. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• NYS Licensure MD or DO
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program
• Board Eligible/Certified in Plastic Surgery
• DEA certification

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery
• Head and Neck microvascular and general reconstruction
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction
• General reconstruction
• Provider will be obligated to take hand on-call

Education
