Ellucian is seeking an experienced Support Technician to deliver advanced, customer-focused technical support for Houston Christian University. This on-site role covers Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, networking, printing, and endpoint management, coordinating deployments, upgrades, and service improvements.

• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows computers, including core desktop configuration and peripherals.
• Experience supporting macOS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Experience with mobile devices and endpoint management.
• Experience with imaging, patching, and deployment for PCs and macOS.
• Experience with enterprise printing and network concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly, document issues, and provide excellent end-user support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive technical support to faculty, staff, and students for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems remotely or on-site using standard support tools.
• Install and configure computers, laptops, peripherals, and software across campus spaces.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, patching, imaging, and endpoint management activities.
• Create and maintain accurate incident, request, and project documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and student workers when appropriate.
• Develop technical knowledge articles and procedures to improve service delivery.
