Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals.
• Customer Consultation: Apply technical credibility to consult with customers on technology solutions.
• Sales Management: Manage the sales process including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
• Customer Relationships: Build trust, understand research needs, and ensure high satisfaction post-sale.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of customer ecosystems and buying practices.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive decisions and adoption.
• Post-Purchase Support: Manage relationships to support ongoing consumables use and future opportunities.
• Business Planning: Conduct rigorous territory planning and forecasting.
