Albany Medical College is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our academic faculty. The role encompasses the full spectrum of electrophysiology in a collaborative academic setting within the Division of Cardiology.

The candidate should be board-certified/eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, with completed EP fellowship and a strong commitment to teaching and research.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or related degree with board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Completion of ACGME accredited fellowship in Clinical Electrophysiology.
• Clinically oriented with research experience and teaching abilities for academic appointment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient EP clinic, including outreach.
• Inpatient electrophysiology consultations.
• Ablation procedures and device implantations.
• Collaborate with faculty across heart failure, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and imaging.
• Support education and development of fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers.
