Job summary

Albany Medical College's Division of Cardiology seeks a full-time Electrophysiologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our expanding academic faculty.

This role encompasses the full spectrum of electrophysiology in a collaborative academic setting, with outpatient EP, inpatient consultations, ablations, device implantations, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with heart failure, interventional cardiology, and cardiovascular imaging.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with EP board eligibility or certification.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited EP fellowship.
• Eligible for academic appointment and medical licensure in New York.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient EP clinic and outreach.
• Inpatient EP consultations.
• Ablation procedures and device implantations.
• Collaborate with heart failure, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery and imaging teams.
• Support education and development of fellows, residents and APPs.
