UT MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to support academic compensation programs through data analysis, market research, salary administration, and project coordination. The role collaborates with HR and institutional stakeholders to provide compensation insights and analytical support for physicians, faculty, researchers, and trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Compensation data analysis experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Assist with faculty and trainee compensation projects, including development and management of internal systems
• Prepare training materials, presentations, questionnaires, market analyses, and annual compensation program plans
• Respond to compensation-related inquiries and requests from stakeholders
• Support salary reviews, compensation actions, organizational structure reviews, workflow redesign, and related initiatives
• Partner with Human Resources functions to provide academic workforce compensation expertise and consultation
• Collaborate with Faculty Academic Life, Physician Referral Services, Chief Scientific Office, and Chief Education and Training Office on compensation matters
