The University Registrar invites applications for a Catalog Editor to lead the development and publication of the University's annual academic catalog, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with curricular changes.

This on-campus, in-person role coordinates with academic schools and offices, manages the catalog production cycle, oversees catalog content, and publishes a high-quality catalog on the University website.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the annual academic catalog production cycle, including deadlines for content submission and review.
• Oversee development, editing, and production of the catalog content with schools, departments, and offices.
• Ensure catalog content is accurate, consistent, complete, and compliant with editorial standards.
• Utilize catalog management processes to publish curriculum and catalog content on the University website and related systems.
• Coordinate the Catalog Advisory Committee and document recommendations and follow-up with units.
• Maintain updates to catalog sections managed by offices outside the Registrar's Office.
• Support calendar management, quality assurance, and final reviews to reflect approved information.
• Evening and weekend work may be required for ceremonies and deadlines.
