This on-campus role coordinates content with schools, departments and offices to ensure accurate, current information aligned with curricular changes.

The Catalog Editor manages the catalog cycle, oversees content in the catalog management system, and delivers an accessible publication supporting student success and institutional excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years writing/editing experience.
• Administrative experience in a college or university required.
• Experience editing academic publications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual catalog production and deadlines.
• Lead content development across schools and offices.
• Oversee catalog content for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage Catalog Advisory Committee activities.
• Train users and test Catalog modules; liaise with vendor.
