Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least six years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating student learning outcomes assessment in higher education.
• Knowledge of regional accreditation and programmatic accreditation processes.
• Experience with program review tracking and closing-the-loop actions.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate course and program learning outcomes assessment with the Director of Assessment.
• Design, implement, and document assessment plans for AES and academic units.
• Manage assessment platform, reports templates, and closing-the-loop actions.
• Consult with faculty on curriculum mapping and measurable goals/outcomes.
• Analyze learning outcomes data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Liaise between Institutional Research and the Director of Assessment to align data definitions and reporting.
• Maintain an integrated evidence calendar for assessment, program review, PMP, and accreditation.
• Develop staff capacity through workshops and assessment development offerings.
• Monitor follow-up on program reviews and specialized accreditation requirements.
