Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification required with 1 year of related experience.
• Higher education experience with institutional assessment, accreditation or related functions.
• Ability to analyze and communicate assessment data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for university-wide student learning outcomes and program assessment initiatives.
• Lead assessment and educational effectiveness components of accreditation and Comprehensive Program Review.
• Direct the Curriculum and Educational Effectiveness department, supervise staff, set priorities and manage resources.
• Provide data reporting to units, programs, and departments for evidence-informed decision-making.
• Serve as senior consultant on assessment and educational effectiveness, offering strategic guidance and development.
