Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years academic advising or related experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience advising diverse student populations and ability to work with faculty and admissions offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level academic advising for Health Professions Student Center programs.
• Advise Pre-Nursing and related tracks (Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Speech and Hearing, Pre-Nutrition/Exercise & Physiology).
• Aid with program data collection and analysis for development.
• Lead recruitment and retention activities; develop and deliver workshops and modules.
• Engage with faculty and admissions offices to increase matriculation; occasional evenings/weekends.
