Qualifications

• Experience with academic/career advising and applying academic rules.
• Experience with student records systems (PeopleSoft, Banner).
• Excellent communication in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends and after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, student-centered advising to undergraduate business students.
• Support academic planning, career exploration, and high‑impact learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate academic records and support orientation and graduation processes.
• Collaborate with faculty, chairs, career services and student support offices.
