Job summary

Revolution Prep is seeking an Academic Advisor in the United States to support regional families by recommending tutoring programs that fit needs and budgets. You will drive bookings from leads via Zoom or phone and manage ongoing program success for the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professionals who can drive bookings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple leads and accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Consult families on the college readiness process.
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Make high-volume calls and outbound SMS campaigns daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with tutors to identify expansion and repurchase opportunities.
• Own and improve Net Promoter Score over time.
• Work Monday–Friday with some evenings and weekends.
