Job summary

Revolution Prep is seeking an Academic Advisor to support regional families by recommending tutoring programs and maximizing bookings via Zoom or phone. You will nurture leads, provide program recommendations, and ensure post-purchase program management and excellent customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will be measured on bookings to target and NPS, with a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and occasional regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling to families.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and SMS campaigns.
• Strong customer service and program management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult families on the college readiness process.
• Execute lead follow-up and monthly sales quotas.
• Make a high volume of calls and outbound SMS campaigns daily to grow sales.
• Maintain outstanding customer service to achieve NPS goals.
• Deliver service in sales and customer retention to support partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to drive repurchases and expand book of business.
• Collaborate with tutors to identify expansion opportunities.
• Follow up with families and stakeholders to check progress.
