Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year in academic advising, student services or related role in higher education.
• Knowledge of student needs, academic processes and institutional resources.
• Strong advising practices and understanding of degree requirements.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues and communicate complex information.
