Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Site Advisor to lead academic advising and site operations at a Worldwide location. You will develop degree plans, monitor progress, help with policies, registration, and graduation, and support Veterans Affairs benefits.

You will also manage records, coordinate with faculty and departments, support enrollment goals, budgets, and compliance, and ensure high customer service throughout the student lifecycle while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/SharePoint).
• Ability to analyze information, make sound decisions, and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with students, faculty, staff, community partners, and other constituents.
• Ability to provide effective academic advising and support students in degree requirements, policies, procedures, and academic progression.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate student records and use multiple information systems and University platforms.

• Maintain accurate student records across university systems and ensure data integrity.
