Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Student Success team is seeking an Academic Advisor II to guide students through their academic journeys, create degree plans, and connect them with campus resources. You will support training, quality assurance, and process improvements within the advising organization.

You will use independent judgment and collaboration to enhance student and employee experiences, supporting degree completion and persistence across Embry-Riddle’s campuses and online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 1 year of professional experience in academic advising or student services in higher education.
• Experience supporting students with academic needs and university resources.
• Solid knowledge of academic advising practices, policies, and degree requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with independent judgment.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues and communicate complex information clearly.
