Job summary

Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a Site Advisor to lead academic advising and site operations at a Worldwide U.S. location.

You will develop degree plans, monitor progress, assist with policies, registration and financial aid while supporting student retention and outreach efforts. The role involves coordinating with university partners on compliance, facilities, budgeting and procurement, and ensuring high customer service across the student lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students, faculty and partners.
• Experience using Campus Solutions, Salesforce, SharePoint, Canvas or ERNIE is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate student records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising including degree plans and progression.
• Support site operations, budgeting, procurement and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to promote student engagement and success.
• Assist with enrollment goals, retention strategies and student communications.
