The University of Tampa is seeking an Academic Advisor within the Office of Graduate & Continuing Studies to guide and enroll students in assigned programs using appropriate advising strategies.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President/Director, the role requires collaboration with faculty, registrar, and admissions to ensure accurate program planning and comprehensive student support for adult learners.

Position Details The Office of Graduate & Continuing Studies at The University of Tampa has a position for an Academic Advisor to advise and enroll students to assigned programs using appropriate strategies. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President/ Director of Graduate & Continuing Studies.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Summer schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Finalists may be required to submit to a criminal background check. Some positions may also require a motor vehicle report and/or a credit report.
