• Bachelor's degree required.

• Second language proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and support to students individually and in groups.
• Maintain accurate records for enrolled students and prepare activity reports.
• Outreach to support HSE enrollment and student engagement.
• Analyze student data to identify opportunities to improve persistence and retention and present findings.
