Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in academic advising or student retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and individualized success coaching to a caseload.
• Develop an Academic Improvement Plan (AIP) for each identified at‑risk student.
• Identify at‑risk students and connect them to targeted interventions and support activities.
• Maintain documentation of interventions and outcomes for identified students.
• Collaborate with faculty and Student Services to communicate available support services.
