Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive outreach to students identified as at risk and conduct follow-up meetings and communications.
• Utilize intrusive advising techniques to encourage continued enrollment and completion.
• Document student interactions in the CRM (TargetX) and other systems.
• Monitor early alert reports, attendance, and progress; support academic recovery strategies.
