Belmont University seeks an Academic Advising Administrative Assistant to support the College of Entertainment & Music Business (CEMB) Advising Office in daily operations, handling emails, calls, and front-desk tasks.
The role assists the Director and Academic Advisor, processes changes of major, manages advising calendars, and supports Summer Orientation. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and two years of administrative experience are expected.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Required Education Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Required Experience Experience: Two years of responsible administrative support in academic office environment. Experience with SCT Banner, Oracle, ARGOS, Canva and working knowledge of databases preferred.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
