Working under the direction of AVP, Budgeting & Financial Planning to provide timely and accurate financial data, the Budget Assistant ensures compliance with institutional policies, and supports budgetary processes that align with the university’s strategic goals. This position provides administrative support to the Budget Office during the annual budget planning process and managing, monitoring, and reporting on institutional budgets. This position also serves as a liaison with budget managers in academic and administrative units to support effective financial operations.

A high school diploma or equivalency is required. An Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
1-3 years experience in Accounting, Non-Profit Orgs, Budgeting required.
