Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, greet visitors, direct inquiries, take messages, and manage mail.
  • Prepare and distribute departmental documents and confidential materials.
  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate orders while maintaining records.
  • Monitor supplies and coordinate orders for the department.
  • Maintain department records, schedules, directories, and related materials.
  • Assist with class cancellations, notifications, and distribution of course materials.
  • Distribute faculty schedules, syllabi, and instructional resources.
  • Support department administration, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with program and curriculum records and accreditation activities.
