Qualifications

• Maintain CE to ensure active license

• 3+ years in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry
• License and background checks are prerequisites
• Strong sales conversion rates expected

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls about ACA products and services
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
• Assess customer needs and match with suitable plans/promotions
• Promote company products on each call
• Document interaction details accurately
• Meet KPIs for calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection
• Stay informed on corporate initiatives and process changes
