Anaplan is seeking an ABM Campaign Manager to join the ABM-Digital team.


As an ABM Campaign Manager, you will drive revenue growth by creating and nurturing qualified leads and accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director of ABM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels for the HR/Workforce Planning line of business (LOB). Your goal is to generate and advance qualified opportunities through strategic account-based initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Your Impact

Demand Generation Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for the HR/Workforce Planning LOB, driving engagement via channels such as events, webinars, email, paid media, search, retargeting, content syndication, and third-party partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal SMEs to understand LOB pain points and tailor messaging to decision-makers.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing activities for improved performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the Revenue team to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Leverage the project management team to align resources across Solutions, GTM, Sales, and Marketing for campaign execution.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to support regional teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Accounts with actionable engagement data to SDRs for personalized outreach and better conversions.

Strategic Marketing Planning and Budget Management:

  • Develop and refine marketing plans, including ABM initiatives like 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 campaigns, using engagement and intent data for targeting.
  • Manage budgets, including forecasting, accruals, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed.

Campaign Performance and KPIs:

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on ABM and pipeline metrics.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS.
  • Experience in marketing HR/Workforce solutions or business services is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop creative campaigns across email, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and digital channels.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to track detailed campaign performance and spend, providing senior management with insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Demandbase, Salesforce, and Workfront is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, client-facing, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and growth-minded attitude.
