The B2B Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns aimed at driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, demand management, and other cross-functional partners to develop, execute, and measure Marketo programs designed to meet business objectives and goals.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deploy email programs using Adobe Marketo Engage, including single, drip, event, and nurture campaigns, and evaluate their success.
  2. Serve as the email marketing expert by providing strategy and guidance on best practices, staying current with Marketo features, capabilities, and industry trends.
  3. Perform daily quality assurance checks on assets and programs built by team members and stakeholders.
  4. Create and manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and demand management teams to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy and business goals.
  6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns with Adobe Marketo Engage or similar tools.
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and stay current with industry advances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in marketing automation or related platforms (e.g., Marketo Business Practitioner Certification).
  • Experience deploying drip and nurture programs in Marketo Engage.
  • Experience with analytics tools (PowerBI, DOMO, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with work management tools like Adobe Workfront.
  • B2B campaign experience.

Total Compensation: Includes base salary, bonuses, PTO, holidays, remote work options, and benefits. Salary ranges from $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on experience and location.
