Job summary

Third Coast Bank is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Austin to lead asset-based lending client relationships, oversee servicing, and coordinate portfolio management to support growth and profitability.

The role requires deep knowledge of ABL structures, collateral management, and credit fundamentals, with collaboration across Credit, Field Examination, Loan Operations, and Relationship Managers to ensure high-quality service and risk control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial banking or asset-based lending experience.
• Strong understanding of ABL structures, collateral management and borrowing base mechanics.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of asset-based lending relationships through onboarding and servicing.
• Serve as primary contact for existing ABL clients, coordinating servicing needs and reporting.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to retain, expand, and improve profitability.
• Identify potential relationship concerns and communicate recommendations to ABL leadership.
• Review borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting, and related field documents.
• Coordinate with collateral monitoring and loan operations to ensure compliance with loan structures.
• Review field examinations, collateral appraisals, and related third-party reports.
• Maintain knowledge of loan agreements, covenants, and transaction-specific requirements.
• Support internal portfolio reviews, regulatory examinations, and audits.
• Assist with onboarding new ABL relationships and client meetings.
